Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from the Anvil and Loom storefront operated by T Guiles. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate checkout information. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by fraud, abuse, a technical error, or an incorrect price.

Products, prices, and taxes

Product descriptions, formats, prices, and availability may change. The price shown at checkout applies to the order. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated during checkout based on the information provided and the registrations maintained by the seller.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. A digital order is delivered through the confirmation page, account access when available, or the email address entered at checkout. Delivery times may be affected by payment review, email filtering, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

Physical book delivery

Physical Masks orders are fulfilled through Amazon print-on-demand, arranged by Anvil and Loom. Shipping is $4.00 per order, as shown at checkout. Books are sent to the shipping address you provide. Production and delivery times vary; contact us with questions about your order.

Digital product license

Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the digital product. Personal backup copies and personal printing are allowed. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

You may not reproduce for distribution, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, or make the product available to another person or service. You may not remove rights notices or represent the work as your own.

Refunds and support

Physical and digital purchases are subject to the Refund & Download Policy. Contact us if an order or download does not arrive correctly.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated purchasing or scraping in a harmful manner, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Disclaimers

Products and the storefront are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to creative works and digital services. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Anvil and Loom and T Guiles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from a purchase or use of the storefront. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase.
