Anvil and Loom

Refund & Download Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

We want every Anvil and Loom purchase to arrive complete and usable. This policy applies to physical books and digital products sold through this storefront.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered through the order confirmation page, your account when available, and the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and retaining your download for personal use.

Physical books

If your book arrives damaged, contact us at shop@anvil-and-loom.com with your order number and a description of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Other return and refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact us before returning a book.

Digital refunds

Because a digital product cannot be returned once access has been supplied, digital sales are generally final. We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an incorrect product, a missing or corrupted file, or another delivery problem we cannot correct. Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact us so we can replace the file or restore access. A change of mind after delivery normally does not qualify for a refund.

Download problems

If a download link does not work, the file is incomplete, or the product does not match the order, email us with the order number and purchasing email address. Do not send card information. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement file.

License and sharing

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product. You may keep personal backup copies and print a copy for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, upload, share, or make the file available to others unless the product expressly includes a broader license.
